Driving Licence B1
Driving licence B1 is a limited version of the B category. It allows drivers to operate small vehicles, like vans or lorries. It permits drivers to tow trailers of up to 750kg.

Vehicles you can drive with an b1 licence
A B1 driving permit allows you to drive cars with a maximum allowable weight of 3,500 kilograms (3.5 tonnes) and accommodation for up to eight passenger seats, excluding the driver. This category covers a broad range of vehicles from compact hatchbacks to spacious estates, and versatile SUVs. It is also possible to tow a trailer of up to 750 kg with a category C licence.
A category A license allows you to drive two-wheeled motor vehicles including motorcycles.
